QuestionI am looking to purchase a new TV and have come across many on sale, but they all seem to be 720's. My father has told me that I really don't want a 720 that I should make sure and get a 1080. Can you please tell me what the difference is?

    • AnswerA 1080 TV has 1080p resolution which is better than a 720p, the p refers to the amount of pixels on the TV screen. The price gap between the two TV has lowered to about $250-500. However many people cannot actually discern a difference between the two resolutions.

QuestionI know that it is a good idea to limit how much TV a child should have, but it is such a treat for her and she works so hard for school and is in a lot of sports. What would be a good amount to allow her to watch?

    • AnswerThis amount should really vary depending upon your child. I would suggest and hour or two a day at the most. It is good to have time to unwind, but you do not want T.V. to become so habitual that it prevents her from doing other things. You just need to make sure it does not detain her from homework and make sure that she watches positive shows, not negative influences.
